FOOD WASTE
Food waste awareness campaign in collaboration with the campus chapter of the Food Recovery Network. TV slides, stickers, and station installments were created to educate patrons about food waste and water use in food production. Collective food waste poundage was weighed before and after campaign installment, less food was wasted in the recordings taken after the implementation of marketing materials.

In 2018 NMU's Marketplace dining hall underwent a makeover. It was our job to help create an identity for the new serving spaces, love a good breakfast bar.
